Welcome to MBC's Children's Ministry.
We believe that God commands us to teach and train our children in His Work. (Deuteronomy 6:6-9) Our chosen curriculum is "Fir Foundations, Creation to Christ." Using a chronological approach, the Bible is taught from Genesis through Revelation, lesson by lesson.
Children age 4 through grade 5 learn about God's nature and character, His plan for the world, His purpose of redemption through Christ and all other spiritual matter through progressive revelation. This is an exciting way to teach Bible truths.
Missionaries with New Tribes Mission actually developed this curriculum and use it to evangelize the tribal people they serve. Isaiah 28:10 states, " For precept must be upon precept, ;precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little."
This method has been a blessing to each teacher and child here at MBC.
